Includes one workout routine (3 day split) that is meant to be consistently completed for 4 weeks. This plan is not specific to any individual, however exercises can be modified for regressions and/or progressions easily. Note: this program is not intended for any specific type of individual or training regime and may not be suitable for everyone.
